These crazy little flowers really pack an unexpected punch! The effect when you chew one can be likened to putting your tongue on a battery - but in a good way... These can be broken up with your fingers and added to curry's, cakes, cocktails or sorbets for an amazing tingly surprise!
Mango and electric daisy sorbet is a house favourite - In a blender place, 3 mangos peeled and chopped + 250g icing sugar + 50ml of water + 5-10 electric daisy's - blitz until smooth and then place in a ice cream maker. If you don't have a ice cream maker like me place in a freezable box and put in the freezer, removing it every hour 3-4 times stirring the contents inside. This will result in a unique tasty yet tingly refreshing sorbet!
