A great healthy addition to any meal!
We sell baby leaves as well as full sized. Baby leaves make a great addition to any salad add whole or slice up, be sure to toss with flavoured oil and flavoured vinegar such as white wine vinegar for maximum taste.
Alternatively they can all be boiled for 3-4 min's and serve topped with garlic butter and coarsely ground pepper to go alongside your evening meal.
We love to add spinach and rainbow chard to curry's and stews - mixed pumpkin and spinach curry being winner in my house!
