Rainbow Mangetout

We grow a vibrant mix of yellow, pink, purple and green mange tout - one of my personal favourite veggies! Don't just boil these pods of delight, they add an amazing colour and crunch when sliced thinly and added to salad or stir fry! Yes of course you can boil them for 2-3 min's once cooked add some olive oil or flavoured oil to dress them before serving.
