These zingy fruits originate from Mexico where they are used to make authentic salsa and taste amazing! Whizz up one punnet per 2 people in a blender alongside some coriander and chilli (if you like them) and serve alongside your favourite Mexican food or as a garnish for seafood, chicken or to top off a salad!

 

Also add to chilli, curry, asian style soup, or enchilidas and watch them melt into the sauce providing a super tangy flavour to die for!

 

 

Baked these fruits become sweet, you can also blend them up and use to make a super refreshing sorbet.
